Blockstory Hasp and Staple 100mm

The Blockstory Hasp and Staple 100mm is a heavy-duty door security fitting designed for use with a padlock on sheds, gates, garages, and storage containers where the door itself does not have an integrated lock mechanism. The hasp is constructed from 3mm solid steel and finished with a powder coat that resists outdoor weathering. The hinged plate design allows the hasp to pivot over the staple and be secured by a padlock through the staple loop. The hidden screw design — screws are concealed under the closed hasp position and inaccessible when a padlock is fitted — prevents the fitting from being unscrewed from the door while locked. Both the hasp plate and the staple mounting plate are pre-drilled with four fixing holes each, allowing installation with wood screws into standard door and frame timber. The 100mm hasp size accommodates padlocks with a shackle clearance up to 35mm. Hot-dipped galvanized finish as an alternative to powder coat is available for coastal environments.
