The Blockstory Trigger Padlock 50mm features a push-button shackle release mechanism that allows one-handed operation — pressing the shackle against the body while turning the key releases the shackle without having to hold both the lock and pull the shackle simultaneously. This single-hand release is particularly practical for users securing and unsecuring a padlock repeatedly throughout a working day where gloves, tools, or cargo in the other hand make two-hand padlock operation awkward. The 50mm brass body houses a 5-pin tumbler cylinder. The 8mm hardened steel shackle provides adequate cut resistance for commercial storage and light industrial applications. The push-button release spring is rated to 50,000 actuations before requiring service.
