The Blockstory Deadbolt Door Lock Single Cylinder is a residential and light commercial deadbolt providing Grade 2 security certification for front doors, rear doors, and internal access doors. The solid brass cylinder with 5-pin tumbler provides reliable key security against picking and bump attacks above the standard of basic residential deadbolts. The 25mm throw bolt extends fully into the door frame strike plate, providing the locking depth that resists kick-in attacks — the most common forced entry method for residential doors. The strike plate is supplied with 75mm installation screws that anchor into the door frame stud rather than just the door frame casing, distributing kick-in forces into the structural framing. The single-cylinder format uses a key on the exterior and a thumb-turn on the interior, appropriate for doors without glass panels near the lock position. ANSI/BHMA Grade 2 certified.
